A. Personal Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). If you make a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details and billing address.

B. Biopic Content

To create a Biopic, you provide us with:

• Stories & Text: Details about the life of the person being honored.
• Voice Samples (for Cloned Voice): Audio recordings of the person's voice.
• Dates & Names: Specific biographical data.

C. Identity Verification Data

For voice cloning services, we require identity verification. This is processed securely by Stripe Identity. We do not store your raw ID documents; we only receive a verification status (pass/fail).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide and improve our services:

• To generate the script and audio narration for your Biopic.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To verify your identity and authorization to use a specific voice.
• To communicate with you regarding your order status.

3. AI Processing & Third Parties

We utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence to create your product. Data is shared with the following providers strictly for processing purposes:

• OpenAI (Script Generation): We send the stories/text you provide to OpenAI to generate the narrative script. Data is not used to train their models.
• ElevenLabs (Voice Generation): We send the generated script and, if applicable, the voice samples to ElevenLabs to generate the audio.
• Stripe (Payments & Identity): Handles all financial transactions and identity verification documents securely.

4. Voice Data Retention & Safety

We take voice cloning ethics seriously.

• Temporary Processing: Voice samples uploaded for cloning are used solely to generate your specific project.
• Automatic Deletion: Once the final audio is generated and saved to your account, the cloned voice model is deleted from our processing engine to protect the digital likeness of the individual.
• No Resale: We never sell, lease, or share voice samples or biometric data with third parties for marketing or other purposes.

5. Data Storage & Security

We implement robust security measures, including encryption and secure server infrastructure, to protect your data. Your final audio files are stored securely so you can download them. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have rights regarding your data:

• Access & Correction: You can view ayour profile data in your dashboard.
• Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request full deletion of your account and all generated audios by contacting support.
• Export: You can download your generated audio files 90 Days.

7. Analytics & Advertising Technologies

We use third-party tracking technologies to analyze website traffic and improve our marketing efforts. These tools may set cookies on your device.

A. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) provided by Google LLC to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 collects data such as your IP address (which is anonymized), browser type, and pages visited.

• Purpose: To analyze user behavior, improve our website performance, and optimize our marketing.
• Opt-Out: You can prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

B. Meta Pixel (Facebook)

We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. This tool allows us to track the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertisements by understanding the actions people take on our website (e.g., viewing a product, making a purchase).

• Purpose: Conversion tracking, optimization of ads, and building audiences for future advertising (Retargeting).
• Data Sharing: Data collected via the Pixel is shared with Meta and may be linked to your Facebook/Instagram account. Meta may use this data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with their Data Policy.
• Opt-Out: You can adjust your advertising preferences in your Facebook Ad Settings.
